Is the event outdoors?

The main holographic stage is indoors at the ExCeL Arena; the immersive zones extend into the outdoor plaza.

Do I need AR glasses?

No. The holographic visuals are projected directly onto the stage and surrounding surfaces for all attendees.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the entire venue is fully accessible with dedicated viewing zones for the holographic stage.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person via your dashboard.
